Registration Fees

  • GATESOL Member Rate - $175.00 (USD)
  • (NOTE:  Anyone registering at the student rate must submit, via email, an official current college or university course schedule to Katie Simon Kurumada, the Registration Chair. The course schedule must demonstrate at least half-time enrollment.  If the schedule cannot be provided before the conference, the additional payment will be collected at registration.) 

 Breakfast, Lunch, and Snacks for both days are included!

Group Registration

Organizations planning to register a group should have each individual complete the online registration.  Each individual should complete the registration process without submitting a payment online.  

The registered individual will immediately receive an invoice by email which can be forwarded to the person in his/her organization who will be processing the purchase order/check.  

Multiple invoices may be paid with one check or purchase order, but please be sure to include the invoice numbers or copies of the invoices with the payment.

Cancellations & Substitutions

Requests for a refund must be submitted on or before two weeks prior to the opening day of the conference.  
No refunds are possible for requests received less than two weeks prior to the opening day of the conference. Substitutions may be made at any time.
