GATESOL Advocacy

On April 27, 2021, GATESOL joined with LCF Georgia, GALAS, and GALEO to publish a call for action from the Georgia Professional Standards Commission. We ask that GaPSC acknowledge that all K-12 teacher preparation programs should require ESOL courses, including cultural and linguistic knowledge and methods that reflect current research and best practices in teaching multilingual learners.
